6. NORMAS INTERNAS – INTERNAL RULES
-PROHIBIDO FUMAR DENTRO DEL EDIFICIO, INCLUYENDO HABITACIONES, VENTANAS Y BALCONES, ASÍ COMO ZONAS COMUNES. La penalización será de 200€
-LAS HORAS DE DESCANSO SON DE 22:00 A 9:00 TODOS LOS DÍAS. En caso de ocasionar molestias a otros huéspedes, el establecimiento podrá imponer una multa de 200€.
-Despedidas de soltero/a, fiestas, y cualquier tipo de celebración están completamente prohibidas. Si el personal detecta incumplimiento de esta norma, será motivo de expulsión inmediata, retirada completa de depósito y anulación automática de la reserva, sin posibilidad de devolución de las noches no disfrutadas.
-No está permitido el acceso al edificio a personas no registradas en la reserva. Si tienes más de una unidad de alojamiento, está prohibido reunirse en una de ellas sobrepasando la ocupación máxima de la categoría. Si el personal detecta un incumplimiento de esta norma, se cargarán los suplementos correspondientes.
-Si a tu salida encontramos daños materiales o desperfectos, serán valorados y se pasarán cargos.
-El no cumplir con cualquiera de las normas, conlleva la pérdida total de la fianza. El titular de la reserva se hará responsable del comportamiento y cumplimiento de las normas de todos sus acompañantes.
-Aquella reserva que no cumpla reiteradamente con las normas; o en aquella reserva que el personal estime necesario, sus miembros serán expulsados del establecimiento y la reserva quedará cancelada, sin posibilidad de reembolso.
–NO SMOKING INSIDE THE BUILDING, INCLUDING ROOMS, WINDOWS AND BALCONIES, AS WELL AS COMMON AREAS. The penalty will be €200.
-THE REST HOURS ARE FROM 22:00 TO 9:00 EVERY DAY. In case of causing inconvenience to other guests, the establishment may charge a fee of €200.
-Bachelor parties, parties, and any type of celebration are completely prohibited. If the staff detects non-compliance with this rule, it will be grounds for immediate expulsion, complete withdrawal of the deposit and automatic cancellation of the reservation, with no possibility of refunding the nights not enjoyed.
-Access to the building is not allowed to people not registered in the reservation. If you have more than one apartment, it is forbidden to meet in one of them exceeding the máximum occupancy of the category. If the staff detects a beach of this rule, the corresponding supplements will be charged.
-If at your departure we find any damage, it will be valued and charges will be passed.
-Failure to comply with any of the rules will lead to the total loss of the deposit. The holder of the reservation will be responsible for the behaviour and compliance with the rules of all his companions.
-The reservation that repeatedly does not comply with the rules; or in the reservation that the staff deems necessary, its members will be evicted from the building and the reservation will be cancelled, with no possibility of refund.
